WE ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

The item arrived damaged, spoiled or expired
NON - RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE ITEMS

PROCEDURE
To be eligible for any return, you must email / contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

Your order number

A clear video of the item in question

A short explanation of the issue
REFUNDS
Once our Customer Service team approves your return, you can choose one of the following:
Get an e-voucher to use in the store for the same item or something else (if the original items is no longer available), or
If you paid by credit card, you can ask for a refund back to your card. Just keep in mind that this may take a little longer depending on your bank.
You may receive a full or partial refund depending on the status of the items. As the courier has successfully completed the delivery service, the shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
